Conference Site and Hotel Locations

Travel connections to the Kyoto International Convention Hall from the other central city hotels

From Kyoto Station, Kyoto International Conference Hall is merely a 20-minute ride on the Subway Karasuma Line and alight at Kokusai Kaikan which is the end of the line. The Conference Hall is a 5 minute walk from this station.

AP-1 to AP-3 available from 18 April through 21 April, starting from New Miyako Hotel next to JR Kyoto Station. These are regular sightseeing tours guided by an English-speaking guide. Please make your own way to the New Miyako Hotel. After the tour there is a free return service to the major hotels.

AP-1 Kyoto Morning Tour

Fare: JYE 5,300 Length of tour: 3.5 hours from 8:55-12:30
Visiting: Nijo Castel, Golden Pavilion, Old Imperial Palace

AP-2 Kyoto Afternoon Tour

Fare: JYE 5,300 Length of tour: 4 hours from 13:40-17:40
Visiting: Heian Shrine, Sanjusangendo Hall, Kiyomizu Temple

AP-3 Nara Afternoon Tour

Fare: JYE 6,300 Length of tour: 5.5 hours from 13:40-19:00
Visiting: TodaijiTemple, Deer Park, Kasuga Shrine

AP-4 Japanese Culture Lesson Tour

AP-4 is available only on 19 April and transfer service is provided Between the hotel and the site. Minimum number: 4 persons
